In conjunction with the Indexes, the Diary Notes provide detailed information about some of the People, Places and Events mentioned in Charlotte’s diaries.  There is also a "Notes & Queries" category for those odd, interesting facts or unanswered questions. 

The notes are NOT complete, but will be updated from time to time as more information is added.  There will also be errors; please contact the editors where you feel there are inaccuracies or if you would like to contribute additional information.
